I have set up my works email on 4 Galaxy S5690s and can happily check email on them.
However we cannot send email either on the 3G network or via wifi, we get a server error. The exception is when the wifi is on my companies LAN - which is the same as the server.
The SMTP and POP addresses are correct, we have a static IP address, and the ports are correct with no ports blocked by the router. The reason I am 100% these are correct is that we have a number of Blackberry devices which, using the same settings, work correctly.
Has anyone else had this problem or can anyone shed any light on it.
