    Volume Problem

    Hi Guys,

    I hope someone can help.

I am having volume problems with my Samsung Galaxy S2.

I use the phone when out running to listen to music via earphones with the standard music player. I also track my runs with Endomondo via GPS.

At times (usually after about an hour running) the music volume rapidly fades to 0 (as if it just switches off) and I have to manually press the volume up button to increase the volume again. This happens repeatedly over and over for no reason that I know of, and I have to continuously increase the volume with the volume up button. After a while of doing this (maybe 15-20 minutes) it seems to settle down again and play normally without fading the volume.

I have checked motion options and turn over to mute is turned off. I have also ensured that my battery is full when out for these long runs.

Any advice or help anyone could offer would be greatly appreciated.

    Many thanks,
    MT

Try going to Settings > Applications >All and find music player and Clear Data. This will not touch your music, but the music player set up.
If this does not work, consider installing another player app.
Power amp is excellent and provides controls to get the best sound from your phone music.
