Messaging Contact Icon INSIDE of Messaging App.

This may sound like another problem but i promise its not. Normally all my contacts (Synced w/ facebook) have icons attached/next to them. In the contact list the pictures are there. but when i go into a message (and even call log) its a blank icon as if they have no picture at all.

NOTE:This happened once before and i did a factory reset to fix. 1st time worked, this one was not so lucky.
