From a quick look it seems that you have a Samsung Smart TV.

The tablet/phone has to be on the same wireless network as the TV, then you need the allshare app on the phone/tablet. Open the Allshare program and then select the media that you want to share.
I think you also need the wireless Allshare Dongle:

    hi Tufftoad!

Thanks yr help, first; I tried the above software, it's for 2011 model d7000, my one is c7000, second, I got the doongle aldy, all the device all using the same network, they can't detect each other, I hv brunch of samsung cell phone, tablet, none of them work with all share function, under this situation, guess the problem is on tv, tried to contact the support of samsung, serval hours work on, update the tv latest firmware, it still doesn't work.
