If only certain pages do not load then it's a problem with software.

    Have you installed Flash Player?

went to sprint store, only thing they could advise was doing hard reset. originally...tried restart, tried powering down n taking battery out n power back on, did prl/profile/samsung/firmware updates, downloaded virus app 2 do check (nothing found), n downloaded flash player (no difference). sprint store says sounds like software problem, said most likely update that didn't fully go through, n could only think of doing hard reset. prolly gonna go back in 24hrs n do that. unless, maybe any other advice.

Which application are you using to view the web? the stock 'Internet' app? If so, try a 3rd party app from Google Play like Opera, Chrome, Mozilla etc.
