Whats noise reduction on the call menu? What does it do and how do u switch it on or off?

Noise reduction reduces the background noise, I think it may also help with any 'echo' troubles when making/receiving calls.
When you are in the middle of call, press the menu button and then you should see an option for 'noise reduction off'
