Car mode activated randomly now causing problems

I downloaded Go launcher. deleted voice command completely. still trying to get itself into car mode but not draining the battery. will see how long it lasts.

I did factory reset and worked for an hour same problem resurfaced, I keep force stopping voice command but it turns itself back on intermittently, car mode keeps activating, all the exact same froblems as the first one this thread, I want to stay with gingerbread, dont like the problems ppl here are having with ICS
Has anyone found a cure, I cant figure how to delete voice command or car mode completely
