Great if it works but most internet programmes that are supposed to do the same thing don't work in UK.....

Don't the emergency services use a system called Airwave, which is digital and encrypted? I don't think you can listen without having a registered Airwave terminal which can be individually removed from the network if it's lost or stolen.

I've reported several posts for advertising but I don't think anyone is steering this ship anymore. Same as the S3 section consisting of only two categories. Nobody cares.
