If you import the files to your phone using Kies it will convert them if possible.

99% of the time renaming a file's extension will never work.

There is an easy way to convert pretty much any music file to MP3, plus the software is free.

    1. Download Winamp Media Player
    2. Download and install the MP3 output plugin for Winamp
    3. When Winamp has been installed and is running, click File (Wavy symbol in top left off player) > Option > Preferences > Output (Category) > then select the MP3 Output (Don't forget to configure it so you choose the path where the mp3 is stored after converting)
    4. When you play the .3GA file it will automatically create an MP3 file.

Hi! It's easy! You can do it on your mobile phone. I have got Galaxy s2. To convert 3ga to mp3 you must instal Androzip and Mediaconverter it's free.

    1.Instal Androzip and Mediaconverter.
    2.Open Androzip,find your 3ga file and rename it to 3gp. (Mediaconverter can't convert 3ga)
3.Open Mediaconverter(it asks you to download some files, so download it) than choose your file example: voice001.3gp and choose convert to mp3. It'll takes few minutes.
    4. You have done!

I'm sorry for my bad english.

Maybe you can rename .3ga to .mp3.

If it doesn't work, you need a 3ga converter.

Just Google Search at: 3GA to MP3 Converter - How to Convert Voice Recorder 3GA files to MP3, WAV, WMA?

You can find many free tools to handle this issue.
