I've had the 3S for a few weeks. I had no issues uploading pictures to Facebook unitl yesterday.
There have been no changes in settings and no applications have been added or deleted.
Would anyone know of a resolution?

There was a facebook app update yesterday, either you haven't got it or you got it and it screwed you up.
