activate caller id

hi how do i activate the caller id.
are how do i get the phone to say the caller name for my in come calls.
its only saying the number,of the caller, even do ihave the caller name,
save in my contac. thanks for any help.

Caller id may have to be activated by your network, also the contacts must be on your phone not on SIM card....

i do have them on the phone, & when i turn on driving mode it dose work,
is just to get the tex reading works.that dont work in driving mode eder,
maybe is my sething,
