    Galaxy Ace disconnects

    Hi just purchased a galaxy ace and am trying to connect to my home wireless internet - Gets to -- obtaining ip address - Remembered Secured with wep -- Disabled.
    I have the correct password in.
    Have reset twice but no luck. Trioed switching box off but no luck
    The phone will connect to BTWIFI but i would like to connect to my o2 wireless box.
    Any help most grateful.

    Which version of the O2 box have you got? I've heard of other people struggling with O2 wireless boxes. Also make sure you have an internet connection working as the phone will disable any wifi with no internet connected to it.

    Hi RichH -- I have a wireless Thompson o2 box .
    Can connect to BT OPEN -- Have also connect wifi in a hotel and also on a bus !!! Why not at home???
    Have had o2 speak with me on the phone off and on all day but they dont know what is causing the probem.
    Still seking HELP!!!!
