    Distorted Bluetooth Volume

This is my first post so here goes.

I've found that when i'm making a call from my car using Bluetooth the sound is very distorted, and the person receiving the call is having problems hearing the conversation clearly, but i can hear them with no problem.
My question is - how can i change the settings on my S2 to resolve this.
If anyone replies to this then, thank you and please keep in mind that i'm a bit of a beginner with the S2

    Cheers

    Keith

Have you tried the headset with a different phone? You need to find out if it is the headset of phone that is the problem....

I'll try using my wife's S2 and see if the problem still exists

My S2 is pair up with an in-car entertament unit, which i should have made clear at the beginning of this thread (sorry my fault )
I've look at the settings/options for Bluetooth on the unit but either they are well hidden or just not there

There really aren't any adjustments for BT, just connections, passwords/pairings and remember/allow connections....

What car is it, model year etc....?
Is there anything else it could be conflicting with?
Do you carry your laptop in the car, on standby, with wifi on etc.....
If you get the same problem with a different phone I would suspect the car mic.
