Was this an OTA updated or via Kies?
If you can go into Recovery Mode, Factory reset and hope the download hasn't corrupted your firmware.
Alternatively, go into Download Mode and use Odin to install your firmware once more.
I'm guessing it was OTA with a low battery. At worse a jig jobby.
