Does it switch off without those apps installed? If you disable some (or a few or all) of your apps does it still switch off? I suggest trying that. I think I was just lucky that the first one I disabled fixed the problem for me. I have got Juicedefender on mine which seems ok, the only other one I've got on your list is Nova Launcher. I'm no expert (obviously) but I think it's worth trying before considering the re-flashing route.
