Bike handlebar mount

Looking for a handlebar mount for my bike, preferably one that will take my phone in its casemate tuff case

You could try eBay, however most mounting systems are designed to fit the phone directly, as it'd be nearly impossible to design a mount around the multitude of various cases.
You could try one that is a "universal" mount for multiple phone types.
