Going to France and Belgium in two weeks I'm wondering how to recharge the battery once there. Do I need a transformer or anything special beside the adaptor plug (the round tips) and just plug it in or the transformer to change from 110 to 220v?

For the GPS, I do think that the car lighter adaptor is the same in Canada or in Europe. Correct me if I'm wrong.
