Can't wipe out information from my Galaxy S2

Hi, just bought an used galaxy s2. But I'm having a problem removing the previous owner information.
I've tried the factory reset, entering in recovery mode and wipe out data and cache, tried update rom with odin and kies. have tried remove all app's photos, and contacts. But in the end the result is the same. Every time I restart the phone, the same old definition, apps, photos from previous owner came up. All my apps and photos disappear.
Also I cannot remove the google account from previous owner. the phone says that is impossible because the account is being used by an application. the only way is doing a factory reset (that I've tried)

Also every time I enter in recovery mode it says something like this
    appling multi CSC
    Instaling multi CSC
    Can't access to "/system/csc/XEU/system/"
    successfully applied multi CSC

    Is it normal?

    Can please someone help me??

    Tks

Firstly, go to Settings >Storage and reformat the internal SD card. Then turn off phone. Then hold down Vol up + Home + Power keys together and enter recovery mode. Use vol keys to select "clear cache" and then "factory reset data". Select these options with power key. Finally reboot phone.

thanks for the help. That was the first thing that I've tried.
I've tried to format internal SD card tru phone settings, but I notice that he only make available 9gb of 11gb. then I've tried to format the sd internal connecting the S2 to my laptop. This way I it as possible to get 11gb formated. The problem is when I reboot, the old information comes back, with photos, apps, contacts, text, etc.

    I'm starting to go crazy

Are you sure that the information is not coming back via your synced link to an account e.g. email?
Look in settings > Accounts and sync to check.

well I've tough that. I have tried to remove the gmail account. but it says that is impossible because the account is being used by an app. it says that the only way to remove is doing a factory reset. witch I have done. but when I restart it simply stays the same. same old photos, last calls, last texts. last apps. last emails. never seen anything like this

Can you disable all the accounts under "accounts & sync" first and remove all apps in "application manager" ?
Also, untick the options in "Backup & restore"

Yes I have already tried to remove apps one by one. Remove the option backup and restore, them tried to remove the google account, but it still says not possible. please go to privacy and factory reset.

And when I do that. The phone reboots in recovery mode. I do data and cache wipe out, reboot again... and same history. all data, setting, call history, accouts, apps, came back

TBH I'm out of ideas... It makes no sense and I can't think where it's picking the account details up from. The Only last ditch attempt I can think of is to install CWM recovery and do a "Clear data partition" then reflash with Odin but I'm clutching at straws here......

May I suggest from the error message in the original post, that the factory reset is not being carried out, the phone is then restarting in its previous condition ie not wiped.

Do you trust the vendor - was the phone sold on as it had problems?

When you run a factory reset - does it show error messages?

EDIT: More thoughts to consider - is it locked to a carrier, what firmware did you flash, is it multi CSC and can you change it with the code for your phone, double check there's no sim installed during the flash/reset, did the previous owner flash anything at all - custom rom or a rom from an untested source (I only use roms from sammobile.com), what is the flash count in download mode.

I could be wrong, I usually am. (Because it's only a phone)

Tks for the answer. Well I don't really trust the vendor right now. I bought it on ebay. It as a broken screen that I replace. When i do factory reset, the phone reboots and enters in recovery mode. and says the following:
    copying media files.
    successfuly copied media files
    Manueal mode
    Updating application
    Successfuly uploaded application
    Appling multi CSC
    Intalling Multi CSC
    Can´t acess to /system/CSC/XEU/system
    Successfuly applied multi.CSC

Then when i make wipe data and cache, I seen no error
I believe the phone is unlocked, because I can use several carriers. The phone as a 2.3.4 gingerbread .xwki4
I have tried to flash several firmwares. some from sammobile
