Smile Sd Card not available. Not mount SD card

    Hi,
My Galaxy S not reconizes the SD card.
I try to format but only says that will erase the data.
I test with a working sd but the same problem remain.

    Any suggestion?

Can you explain why you think the micro SD (I believe your referring too) is unable to mount.

Try this. Using a file explorer (Like my files) Look for a file called extSdCard, Or something like this. Mite also be called emmc. Then try adding a file. This is your External SD card (Micro SD).

    Or have I completely missed

The SD external and SD internal are not recognized. So there is no space where install any new program. Even a phote can take 'cause there is no space available.
I suppose the phone must work without an external SD. But intarnal space is not reconized either.

I think you have been messing about with either firmware or root directories. I suggest you reflash with stock firmware.

Have you got a file manager on your phone?
Take a look at Astra: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...go.astro&hl=en
Once you've found them it would be a good idea to backup to your computer and a cloud storage.
I find dropbox very good and photo's on your phone are automatically uploaded once you've set it up.
