just had the ota update to 4.0.4 arrive, this is on a sim-free phone in uk

c. 85meg, took about 10 minutes to download and install

seems ok

exchange email seems more reliable, previously it usually hung or was very slow if i tried to load the remainder of a long message, now it loads it consistently and fast, deleting emails from the list also is reliable now

ui seems a bit smoother/faster

battery life a bit better
