Regarding updates, you can flash them as you have already done.
If you want to use Kies, then you have to put on the correct firmware for your geographic area and your CSC must also be for the same country.

As for your apps, get apps2sd from the Play Store.

Actually i flased rom to 2.3.4 and i cannot update
and my csc is unknown
and i got XXKPE ..
