Samsung tune played in loop upon start up

Good Day everyone...I have a question and I don't know where to post it..Noob here guys..... Anyways..I just want to ask if its normal that I have a music played in "loop" upon boot up of my phone? As in the music will not stop until you flip the fone face down... This thing just showed up yesterday when I turned on the fone...I have this fone since March and its only now that this thing happens whenever I turn it on...Im still on GB 2.3.6... Thanks a lot in advance guys.

First of all try turning off and removing battery for a few minutes before replacing and rebooting.
If that doesn't work a factory reset will, but back up with Kies first as you will lose data and contacts (unless they are synced e.g.via your gmail)
