    London UK CSC

Can you tell me the CSC for Samsung Galaxy S I9000 supplied by T-Mobile in London UK.
I ask because I flashed to Stock after trying to Root the phone (it failed. I bricked it) and now Kies says Your Device does support software
upgrading via Kies. Im told I must have flashed a firmware for a region outside the UK.
    Thank you.

Not necessarily the CSC outside of UK, you could have flashed a firmware which just isn't supported by Kies, I think most open europe firmwares are like this...even if the csc is for the UK.

Also if you've bricked the phone then you will not be able to update via Kies anyway.

Can you use you phone or is it bricked?
Which type of firmware do you want on the phone, custom or stock T-Mobile?

According to SamMobile.com the latest UK (T-Mobile) firmware is I9000BOJV9 with a CSC of I9000GTMUJV7

    Direct Download - I9000BOJV9

Hi Tufftoad, Thanks for your reply and help. I can use the phone but it crashes now and again.
I'm guessing that since you provided a link you suggest I flash the phone again. Thats fine,
but for some reason I'm having trouble downloading it.

If the phone is working the nits not bricked. You may have to flash the FW again or you could just try a factory reset from recovery mode (vol up+home+power button)

Hi Tufftoad, I've downloaded the file and unzipped it. When I browse to the files folder in Odin,
the folder is empty. Do I have to rename the files or is there something to set in Odin.
    Thank you

can anyone help me posting a new thread. I am not able to post a new one.. Thanks

    Hi guys,

Recently I have lost my phone and I have all my contacts and confidential data in my phone.(Now I have changed all my details though ).

I have kept lock pattern for the phone to unlock everytime. Is it possible for anyone who finds my phone can access my data? or if they intend to keep my phone.. do they have to format everything so that they can pass the lock pattern or is there any other way without formatting????

    Please reply

    Cheers

They would have to do a factory reset to clear the pattern lock which would delete most of your data.
