Galaxy Note Hangs & screen goes berseck

Hi many a times the phone hangs ... especially when checking emails.
Today when I connected to the computer via USB ... after a while the screen went crazy with stripes of colors , and hung with a funny striped screen .... is it a graphic problem a virus problem... what??

Like this? Seems like you're not alone. Some people are blaming it on the ICS update or on an incompatible app.

Samsung afrter sales service sucks ... its sad but true ... a lovely phone... till the time it started hanging

Until Samsung acknowledge the issue and provide a fix there's not a lot you can do.
Just in case it's an ics upgrade issue you could try a factory reset and clear cache from the Recovery Menu. This can clear out any conflicting Gingerbread software in there.

Or go back to Gingerbread until such time as Samsung deign to provide an ICS version which works on the Note. Having suffered the overheating, terrible battery life and disappearing keyboard in ICS, I'm waiting until 4.04 is released for the UK or open Europe (it's started rolling out for other countries) in the hope it fixes some of these bugs.
