volume set to maximum automatically when run a random software

Hi there, I'm having problem with my Samsung Galaxy S II (GT- I9100). The increase volume button is not working properly. Furthermore, when open any random software i.e games, the volume/sound will be set maximum automatically and can't turn down even pressing the decrease volume button. Even if i set the volume to silent first before run a game, the volume will automatically set to maximum after i run the game. If i want to increase volume i had to increase it at setting menu. This also effect when i want to zoom in to take a pic..fuuuu..Is there any problem with the hardware or the operating system itself? What should i do? How to counter this problem? Thanks for your attention and i'm looking forward to hear from you. Thank you.

Hello, to me it sounds like the volume button is sticky or is getting stuck. I think the only help I can offer are:

    1. There may be a sticky residue around the volume button, clean around the button with a toothbrush making sure you get in between the button and the case. don't wet the brush that much as you don't want to much moisture getting in the phone.

    2. Follow the dissasembly guide and check the components (Please watch the video before attempting to disassemble your phone).
