    Unhappy How do I INCREASE the volume of the calendar alarm? I cannot hear the alarms!

    I've a new Hawaiian Telcom (Sprint) Epic 4 unit with the "GingerBread" operating system. The guy at Best Buy tried for three hours to fix my problem without success.

    What I am trying to do is...

    The volume of the alarms that you can set when you book an appointment ring too softly for my poor hearing. Is there a very loud downloadable sound (ringtown or whatever you call it!) which can be substituted for the existing alarm tones? I've got the existing alarm volume turned up to the max without success.

    Would someone give me the step by step instructions to resolve my problem?
