How To Disable Sleep Power Management When Music Player is in Use

Is there a way to keep Music Player music playing after my 30 second sleep time out, without adding an app, or going to the home screen?

I am fine if the screen dims or turns off but I like the motion feature of turning it over and having it pause playing music but that does not happen when it is on the home screen. Also, periodically, I would like to skip a song or replay a song and it is a (minor) pain to have to sign in, find the music app (yes, I know I could move it to the home screen) and then launch the music app.

Your assistance would be appreciated.

Note that this relates to a currently patched S III.

With regards to selecting the music, you can add the stock music player to the homescreen as a widget and then pause, skip, rewind/forward and access the main app all from the homescreen.

Thank you. I think the widget is the best solution. I have to say, though, that it is very weird that neither Samsung nor Google figured out that people playing music don't want it to turn off after 30 seconds.

I'm not sure I understand your problem. My music plays until I stop it, not after 30 secs...... ?

No problem here with poweramp, n7player or tuneinradio. Also poweramp can be controlled from the pulldown menu on the lockscreen.
