    unable to download/install/update any apps from google play store

    as the tittle i state, i can't even install any apps from google play store
    it's showing downloading on the page
    n when 100% complete , nothing come out after that.
    i try all method by myself
    clear the data from application manager , delete my google account and reenter, restart my phone
    but still not working.
    wifi is not the problem, i still can access facebook, and another apps in my phone still in using
    everying going well, except installing new apps from play store
    what is the problem?

    * i found from google there's many facing this same problem, but not yet the solution.
    someone saying tat is the google's problem.

    So how? hope can fix this problem, thanks advanced.

    I have the same issue.
    Samsung Galaxy S Plus GT-i9001
    Can't install and update apps from play store.

    Always showing downloading on the page.
    Have wrote to google, but no answer yet.

    hi, when you found tis issue?
    i mean when u found tat u cant install n update apps?
    i found there is many ppl facing same prob.
    since google play update.
    i wonder is only i9001 user facing tis issue?

    i sent email to google ady, tell them i follow the step they state but still not working, n they reply me this:

    Info found on Internet .. worked for me !!!

    I contacted google play support and her was there answer:

    Thanks for contacting us and I am sorry for the delay in responding.

    We've gotten some reports that users with Samsung Galaxy S Plus devices running Android OS version 2.3 (Gingerbread) are having trouble using Google Play. We're aware of this issue and to solve it we recommend you to uninstall updates to the Google Play app by following these steps:

    1. Tap Menu > Settings > Applications > Manage applications
    2. Find the "All" tab
    3. Scroll down to Play Store and tap to select
    4. Tap "Uninstall updates"

    Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

    So I followed this and it works again!
    Here are the steps after doing google recommendations:

    - click google play icon, it will open old google market
    - install an application, for me it worked again!
    - exit google market
    - click again the google play icon, it will ask to accept google play license
    - click yes and then try to install another app, it worked again!

    Hope this will solve also your issues,

    It happened to me too... been trying to update or dld since last week... I tot my phone is starting to 'misbehave'.... Tried what was recommended n finally yeay!! Now im able to download and update my stuffs... thanks!!!

    Thanks Eaglewb for the info. I had the same problem, and uninstall the updates from Google Play solved the problem. Thank you!
