Challenges in recieving mail while handling a call or browsing in SGS 2

Hi
I have a challenge. I have recently moved from Blackberry to SGS 2. I am facing some serious challenge. Whenever i recieve a mail while a call is active or when i am browsing the net or doing both, i seem to be losing messages. they do not appear in my inbox.
I am using 3G service
and have configured for Push mail

the OS is android 4.x

any help in this is grearly appreciated

Check in Settings > Accounts & sync that your email is set up correctly.
The best way of using Android phones is to integrate with Google.
Your emails can be imported and synced through a Gmail account.

The challenge i have is syncing with my Exchange server. My Gmail seems to work fine.
