Well I got the exchange & low & behold no system update feature again.so after 40 mins on the phone to t mobile & 3 differant people I found out that that feature has been taken off! So there it is.sorted.& all is well & I'm loving my blue s3 ;-)

Taken off by TMobile, as still available - although probably unusable due to large download for firmware - in sim free and some other networks S3's.
Don't you just love the technical knowledge of these phone company reps?
