    Memory card s2

Can anyone tell me if you can remove the memory card that was in the phone when I recieved it? I'm having some problems with my phone and thought I could try putting my card and sim into another phone to see if still get the same problems, but I cannot see how to get the card out.

You need to take out the battery first.

What problems are you having with the phone?

Hi I've had the phone just over a month and at first no probs now I cannot connect to internet not just in one location it seems to be wherever I am and the phone randomly crashes ie screen goes black and freezes then I have to turn it off and on again, I rang vodafone who said take battery out without turning it off leave it for a min or two and put it back, this has made no difference, I've got another s2 here and was going to swop my card etc to see if still the same.

Have you recently updated to ICS?
If so, then you should have carried out a Factory reset and clear cache from Recovery as you could have remnants of gingerbread conflicting with your ics firmware.
In ICS there is a backup and reset option in Settings.
Works really well, but have to be careful not to restore the problems, so I would recommend not using it this time.

OK go to menu > settings > About phone and look for heading Android version.
If 4.0 then you have ICS and more than likely was updated recently.
Carrying out a Factory Reset will probably clear your problems.
If you want to do it, then you need to back up your contacts (unless synced through gmail) and applications.
Go into Settings > Back up and reset and tick 'back up my data' and 'Automatic restore' (I know I said otherwise but in your case it's best option
