Could be that your mouse keyboard pen needs updating to ICS.
    Go to manufacturer website.
If not that, you should have carried out a Factory reset and clear cache to remove any residual gingerbread files.

As I said it may be that your mouse software needs updating to ICS as it is a completely different operating system.

If you cannot do this, it is possible to return to Gingerbread but not by using Kies.
You will have to use Odin instead.

You now have ICS on your phone so any reset will simply reset your ICS.
If you want to return to Gingerbread first of all do this and give the results of your firmware.

Ok is that Portugal optimus network?
    If so your Gingerbread is:
    GT-I9100 - Portugal (Optimus)
    PDA: I9100XWKI4
    CSC: I9100OPTKI2
    Version: 2.3.4
    Date: 2011-09-16
Regions: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom

You need to go to sammobile.com and download the file to your computer. http://www.sammobile.com/firmware/?page=8&view=4329
    Unzip once to your desktop.

Now watch this Cnet video and do exactly the same except you use your sammobile file.

TIP: Go into Recovery mode and Factory reset and clear cache before and after installing Gingerbread.
