uploading photos to facebook

Hi all, since updating my S2 to version 4.0.3 i can no longer upload photos from gallery to facebook directly, it only gives me the options to upload to allshare or picasa. Can anyone help me fix this problem. TIA

With the picture on screen, press "menu", then "Share via" and a list will pop up with Facebook as an option....

Yes thats what it used to give me but now facebook isnt in the option list. Only allshare and picasa.

Don't know then, mine has it. After you installed ICS did you do a factory reset from recovery menu (Vol up + Home + Power keys)?

Have you installed and activated the Facebook app and is it up to date?
Like RichH my S2 shows all the apps (and that's 12) a gallery picture could go to in the 'share via' option.

I notice I can only share one picture at a time to Facebook by selecting it from the gallery, but I can't choose several and share them all. It only gives me the option to do Allshare or Picasa if I have several photos selected, so I wonder whether this might be the problem the original poster is having too?

Is it really not possible to share several photos at once? I think I used to be able to share several photos even on my previous Samsung which was a much simpler model, though I can't remember for sure.

Could well be.
Think Facebook will only take one picture upload at a time.

Should have said with the standard Facebook app as there are apps that allow this:

Hi I am having the same problem. I dhavenot updated my phone unless it does it automatically. IS THERE ANY SOLUTION TO THIS.

For anyone clicking through from Google that is having this problem, like I did, this is how you share photos: go to gallery display of all pictures (not into an individual image), click on the bottom left menu button and you will see greyed out boxes with ticks in them on each photo, tap on the photo/s that you want to share or send which will highlight the box/es, to send tap on 'send via' or to share tap on 'more', then 'share via'.
