SMS Tone Stopped Working

Hi All,

Wondering if someone could please help? My SMS notification ringtone has stopped working. I still get the notification in the top left hand corner that the message has been received, I still have sound with incoming ringtone and my alarm sound is still working.

I went into settings - sound - volume and it looks good.

I went into messages - settings - select ringtone and it looks good.

I received a text message and had sound and then downloaded an application and the next text message I received the sound had gone. Don’t know if this had anything to do with it or not or whether its just a coincidence.

Any help would be much appreciated as I would like my sound notification back on my SMS.

No need to post more than once for the same issue. As asked elsewhere, what App did you download as it is most likely cause for your issue ?
