Cant send sms, and call is crashing

Hello
I have Samsung Galaxy S Plus NEW! since few days when ever i made call or receive call, after few min it collapse and stop the call
and I can not send any SMS!
It not the provider issue as It happened in Israel and in Germany.
Please help me to solve this problem

So why are you posting your problem 3 times, especially in the Samsung Note section twice????

If it's new then send it back and get a replacement, since you haven't provided that much information we cannot help that much.

Check your aPN settins for the MMS problem. Do you have Roaming ticked under Mobile Networks?

Sms/call issues are either provider or sim card problem..
Can't help with first, so for sim card problem:
1. Remove battery and sim card.
2. Check sim holder is clean and dry, similarly the sim card.
3. Replace sim card and battery and reboot.
4. This should renew your network link.

If still not working get a replacement sim card.
