Hello, everyone! Please help me with solutions and any advice! It's much appreciated! Thanks!
Here's my specs:

Baseband Version: T989UVKL1
Kernel Version after UnRoot: 2.6.35.11
Before UnRoot Kernel Version:

Build Number: GINGERBREAD.UVKID
Unrooted Spec: Mod Version: Juggernaut-v3.7
I bought this rooted phone about 1 and a half months ago. It's the T-Mobile T989. It was already rooted before I got it and has been until yesterday. I unrooted it yesterday around 8pm using "SGH-T989-UnRoot_ROM_Zedomax.zip" and it successfully worked. It also deleted all of my contacts, messages, APPS, and my pictures in my phone. I saved all the pictures because that's what's most important to me. So they're alright. The APPS don't really matter. I took screenshots and will find them later. Also, I heard when you go into Google Play it will let you download all of your old APPS. Now, for the Contacts and Messages, I know I should have written every single one down or screenshotted them, however, I copied a lot of files from within the phone and the SD Cards I used before unrooting. I need my CONTACTS and my MESSAGES!
I used GO SMS for my texting APP and my phone simultaneously used its "Messages" Application to receive and send messages. So, my messages were coming and going from two places. I mostly only used the GO SMS APP since I could put a password on it and it said it backs up all my messages or what nots. I scheduled a backup everyday at 12AM, so I have a backup going back at least 10 days. I save all my messages and I know how many messages I have sent and received through a few of my main best friends. Although, restoring any backup was successful when using GO SMS APP, it did not restore the messages to a few days ago before my phone had been rooted. It restored any and all messages up to May 25 and not June 20 which is the date I would like to restore my messages up to. I do have that back up. It's backed up in XML format. So, now, restoring the few messages that it had restored from the backup, it did not restore any of my contacts. How lame.
I think that's all I need to tell you about my situation. I'm planning to root it again so that maybe my phone can read those folders and perhaps take another step at screenshotting or backing up my contacts and messages from there, BUT THAT'S IF they will be shown and work. I don't feel like doing it now just yet because it was a hassle in the first place. So, I'll wait for what you guys can tell me to do. I unrooted it because my battery life was only a few hours AND THAT'S LAME FOR AN ANDROID PHONE! IS that normal?????? This is my first Android phone, how lame is that to have?!. I don't think it made a difference in battery life after unrooting it...how lame. Also, it sucks that it doesn't have that cool stuff that unrooting had.
I have a SIM Card, one 2 GB SD Card, and one 16 GB SD Card. I don't think importing and exporting worked from the SIM Card. It only had 2 contacts and they were the default service contacts. Maybe I touched something or replaced something else when I was copying and merging folders. Ugh!
Is there a way I can replace the phone's "Messaging" Application with GO SMS APP? I need to put a lock on my messages. I have a lock on my phone, but should the time arise when someone needs to use it or looks at my phone at an opportune moment I need to know that no one can read my messages. The GO SMS APP is locked but the messages that are simultaneously received and sent in the phone's "Messaging" Application are just there in plain site!
1. Help me with getting my contacts AND messages back.
2. How do I remove the phone's "Messaging" Application or stop it from receiving and sending messages. However, it poses the issue that when sending photos from my Gallery, it doesn't allow me to use GO SMS APP and only GMAIL or Bluetooth or "Messages" Application or etc.
Anyway, please help! It's much appreciated. I look forward to any solutions! Thank you!
