I've only really used Google+ on the Android app but to be it feels too much like Google wanted to combine Instagram, Facebook and Twitter - not sure if that's a good thing or not.
I don't find the app very user friendly though, must have a look on the website on my PC and see if its any better.
I'm on it but rarely use it. As well as for backing up my photos, the main reason I joined was to push out photos through circles. Sadly it seems none of my family / friends are signed up with Google
Indeed, with the SIII giving all that free Dropbox space I now use that for handling my photos.
Google+ and Youtube get an update, changes the look and layout. Think I prefer the new look on the apps, not bad.
+1 lol i agree it does look and feel better , although i miss the swipe sideways
