cant send videos as file is to large

Not sure how you are trying to send it.
Have you thought of uploading to your dropBox cloud file and then enabling the download from there?
Or a Picassa upload works well.

Skype does not limit the size of files that can be sent either..

drop box is so slow.is it alwas like this?its only 258mb and has taken over a hour to load have o the video.

Depends upon your data link.
WiFi is quicker, but uploading always slower than downloading.
Have you thought about zipping the file? Winzip app now available on mobile via Play Store to unzip.
You may lose quality though.

If sending to another phone or PC then YouCast may be an answer as it has no file limit.

It has sent.but the person that got the vid says it i taken ages to upload on her fone.is there no a app to send it as a vid message?as she had to add the dropbox to her fone to get it to work.i take a few vids so its going to be a pain in the butt if i have to do this the whole time.

The only way to speed up the process is to take video in compressed format or reduce the resolution when shooting.
In top right corner tap the video camera and you have options for recording mode:
Normal
Limit for MMS
If the file is very large then you can connect to your computer via USB. Copy the video from the device and use Windows Live Movie Maker to shrink the video file size.
