    RAM problem please help!

    Hi everyone!
While watching youtube videos specifically, I notice I get a lot of lag and waiting time for videos to play. When I Go into my "Task Manager" on my note, it displays 600-700MB of 747MB being used. When I "clear memory", it drops down to about 400. How can I keep it lowered? I find videos load faster when the RAM is lower. How do I know which programs are running in the background continuously? thx

You don't say what FW you are on so I have to guess..... Go to settings, applications and press on "Running".

That's because they are system apps and they are programmed to run in the background at all times. If you want to stop these you will have to root your phone.

Easiest way is to download Titanium Backup and freeze them, or make a note of the ones you don't want and move them out of the system directory. I suggest you copy them to a backup directory on your SD card incase you want them in the future.....

No, freezing the app makes it unavailable although still on your phone.

You can't, if you use them just let them run. It makes no difference as it's how Android is designed to be....
