just recently my phone has started calling out name of caller quite like that but don,t know how i turned this on anyone know what i done thanks

Check the Accessibility options to see if TTS (Text To Speech) is on. There may be a shortcut called 'Driving Mode' in your notification bar, pull it down and tun it off.

Sounds like you've double clicked on the home button and activated Vlingo, then as Tifftoad says, you've activated driving mode. Check by double clicking again and if driving mode has a green line underneath, select to remove it.
