Thanks imad for helping me out in this thread during my studies I owe you one
As for everyone else let me clarify this one more time:
This method does not change your firmware settings at all for example if you flashed your phone with an arabic firmware such as JG8 or any other localised (regional) firmware that comes with your language this method will NOT REMOVE those features.
what it basically do is that this method CHANGES your phone REGION from your country(in my case UAE) to an XSG region(which is an universal generic region that supports android market); what does this means to you is that in this method all of your mobile network carrier settings will be lost such as APN settings and MMS settings.
but it is alright no need to worry since you can re-enter these settings manually for example of you want to enable 3G you have to enter your network provider settings; for example my network provider in UAE is etisalat so if I want their settings I can either call them or go to thier website to get the network information I need, then after obtaining the information needed I can then go to menu-->settings-->Wireless and network-->Mobile network settings-->Access point names-->press the left soft key button-->choose new APN--->then enter your settings-->Done!
so no need to worry about your language support it will be finebut I should warn you on one thing though:
doing this method will hard reset your phone which will erase all of your DATA so my advice to you is to back up your data before using this method.
Thanks to everyone and hopefully this post would clarify the confusion that comes from using this method.

but I should warn you on one thing though:
