Main Screen Help

My home screen is full ..How do I delete apps like (recent documents) on my Main Screen so u can add "You Navigator Deluxe onto my Home Screen

Press and hold the app you want to delete until you get a red border around the app then either drag it to the bin or press on remove option (depends on which launcher you are using).
