there seems to be a lot of 'lazy reporting' about... the only thing that is happening, is 'android V4.1(jelly bean) and upwards' will not have flash available...
JB still has only 0.8% of the market, against the 60% of v2.3.x (gingerbread)

BUT if you are smart enough, you can download the flash APK (just use google ) - of course adobe are saying they cannot support that, so it is up to you
