Memory on the Galaxy S 3

I am waiting for the upcoming GS3 in Canada the 20th of June. I have an old phone and I am wondering on the available memory on the GS3.

The reason is that I am planning to get the CoPilot navigation program with the North America maps and maybe the Europe maps. I know that it will take a lot of memory space, hence my question.

I also have a 5 MG pixels camera that I take with me on trips and take between 700 and 900 photos that I choose from once home.

I would like to travel with only the GS3 eventually.

I would appreciate your comments on this. Should I buy it with more memory?

    Thanks

I don't think memory is your issue here, storage space is. Get the 32Gb version and pop a 64Gb card in it and you'll be able to store the whole worlds maps (quite unpossibly) and still take tons of photos.

Yes I agree. Both CoPilot and photos can be saved to the external sd card.
And leave your 5 mega pixel camera at home. The S3 has an 8 mega pixel camera and can take hd video.
    Very good quality too.
