Yep, done by one of the other editors, nice visual one that shows which things should be selected on-screen etc. Hopefully nice n noob friendly

I'll be Rooting mine tomorrow and making a video to accompany the written guide too.

Its very simple. Done mine Friday, less than 24 hours of getting the phone lol

Now, im rooted, customROM'd and loving it. Removed loads of bloatware :-) 400MB of RAM free on average lol

Kernel devs are on the case with the source code so we will be seeing custom Kernels before long. Making this device a beast :P

In a few weeks, everything will be perfect :-)

Does it throw up the yellow triangle like the s2 does?

If on stock S2 ICS this method of rooting doesn't leave a yellow triangle.
Not sure if it will work on S3 though.

It does, but nothing particularly to worry about, Chainfire has already shown a screenshot on Twitter with a reset flash counter - he is releasing an S3 update for his app TriangleAway any day now.
