After 2 weeks of not being able to use my NEW Galaxy S+ due to it not letting me use either outgoing voice or text and similarly with incoming, and getting "Conditional Call Forwarding Operating" on every call/text, I've given it the bin by sending it back as Not Fit For Purpose! Samsung were useless in resolving the problem - what they told me I already found out myself thru onboard user menus! I did the Factory Reset - nothing changed - still get same message! Then Samsung told me to take it to one of their Walk-In Service Centres, my nearest is 90 miles away, and on the phone the guy (who didn't speak much English - he had to get another to interpret - and he couldn't speak fluent English!!) told me they didn't do walk-in repairs but I could leave it there and they would get round to it! So much for Samsung Customer Support - What Support?!! No wonder Apple iPhone & Customer Support knocks spots off Samsung, Apple really do have their own stores that can run thru with you and fix such problems on the spot. Goodbye and good riddance Samsung!![]()
