Only me again I have downloaded the .apk it download as a zip so I have put the zip and unzipped version on my SD mini card. Downloaded Astro selected SD it has found it and then when I tap on either the zip or unzipped version there is no option to to install. This is where my inexperience shows. I was expecting the .apk to have that extention also and not be zipped.
I have downloaded the .rar file for the Svoice and will unzip that tonight, will I need to unistall the voice talk I aready have on first.

You should have put the Flipboard on your Internal sd card as it is (DO NOT UNZIP)
    Now go to Astro.
    MANAGE MY FILES.
Scroll down to find Flipboard and tap.
    Your window says 'Application File'
    Select Install

I have put flipboard on my internal SD card unzipped as instructed
    I went to Astro
    Manage file
I scrolled down to flipboard and tapped
There was no window that said Application file so could not select file. at this point i was faced with file assets, meta-inf res android nifest classes and resources

What step am I missing – both debugging and unknown sources are ticked?

    Is Astro version 3.1.363std?
If not see if you can update.

The Flipboard file should have a red Square icon with F inside and labelled Flipboard. apk

Sounds like you haven't enough memory for the application.
I deleted Samsung hubs as wasn't using them.
Freezing doesn't actually remove the app, but is a safe way of ensuring if deleted that it will not affect other applications.

Can you just confirm you have the Flipboard icon and .apk file name?
It is such a nice app I'd like you to be able to try it.

Hi greenman is there anyway i can clear the memory and do you mean ram or Rom. I have a 32gig sd card and 16 gig on the phone that should be enough for both apps? Would u be so kind as to send me a link for the phone clipboard as when i have unzipped it i cannot see the phone.apk file so better try from step one again what do u think. By the way love the clock app. Pluto
