S5830 Galaxy Ace - Hide or password protect files/folders

Hi all, I'm been offered a Samsung S5830 Galaxy Ace as a company phone and I was wondering if its possible to create a file or folder on the SD card of the phone but hide/password protect it so I can copy family photo's & videos onto it,

    thanks
    Rob.

Why not create a cloud storage account like Box. It can be set up to sync automatically so you don't need to keep files on your phone, but can access whenever you have a data connection.

Alternatively, sd cards are so cheap now, why not have a separate sd card for your personal data.

Thanks greenman, the sd card will have photo's for work also so swapping it to a personal one may be hassle,

I will look into the cloud storage though,

I have a blackberry where I just click on the file and select hide objects & job done, thought I may be able to do something similar

Yes there are apps in the market to do exactly that. Never needed to so can't recommend one. Try googling android data security application or something.
