Galaxy S III uses Micro SIM

According to page 15 of the manual mentioned in this posting looks like the Galaxy S III will require a Micro SIM rather than a regular sized SIM.

Those of us moving our SIM across to the Galaxy S III will need to chop our SIM cards...!

If you network will not swap your SIM card easily, SIM card cutters are available quite cheaply from usual sources.

Or about £1 for your local phone shop to cut it down for you.

Well, as Virgin aren't doing micro sims until the end of the month, I got mine the snip this morning as greenman said, £1 at a 'Fone Zone' type local store.

    Works perfectly.
I could be wrong, I usually am. (Because it's only a phone)

Shop assistants should mention this too customers, when I got mine last week the assistant stood in front of me and took my old one out of my S2 and gave it to me, then he gave me the S3 and took my money.
When I got home I realised it needed a microSIM, if he had told me that in the shop I could have walked next door to Vodafone and got one, but he didn't.
I rang them and had a moan then proceeded had to go back into town and get one, not happy!
