The thing I am COMPLETELY unable to do is create folders on the desktop by dragging one app over the other...
I cannot create folders for my apps at all anywhere, I go to the apps I have tried clicking on widgets, I get folder new folder press on that and nothing happens. In the ICS you cannot use the add button as in previous OS, Is it something I have done wrong can anyone advise.
